Getting Started?

Well, finally posted my idea for my LATI project. Didn't realize the deadline was yesterday. Actually pleased with that as I thought the deadline was weeks ago. : )
Now, wondering how to get started. Began by reading all what I have to include. Think I can do that although I'm not sure what "project snapshot" is. Guess I'll have to find out. Not really looking forward to doing any research, but knowing me I'll get into it as soon as I start. The starting part is always the most difficult for me. Also, the finishing up. The middle part is usually not so bad.
So---> getting in gear now. At least, for today.
